1. Before each use, the roller should be disinfected with alcohol or a similar solution. 2. Start rolling with light pressure on the area where the hair is thinning or falling out, in an up-down, left-right, and diagonal direction. Roll the area 10 times in each direction (a total of 30). 3. Adjust the pressure - rolling should cause a slight tingling sensation but should never cause pain or discomfort. 4. The overall rolling process should not last longer than 3 minutes. 5. If you only want to fill in a specific area of hair and have "holes" in your hair, focus more on that area. 6. After using the roller, it is important to immediately apply the hair growth shampoo. 7. The shampoo should be well massaged into the scalp and left on for a few minutes to absorb. 8.
